We have secured a brilliant panel of experts and community representatives for The Nottinghamshire Community Solutions Conference at the Motorpoint Arena 21st June 2019. Sponsored by the Nottinghamshire Police and Crime Commissioner.
The solutions focused conference will tackle the underlying issues relating to weapon enabled violence amongst young people, specifically knife crime. The Police and key statutory services will join the Nottinghamshire Police and Crime Commissioner to engage with and listen to parents, carers and concerned members of the community.
Special guests include: Alex Beresford (ITV's GMB) and Sheldon Thomas
Panel Chair and host Professor Cecile Wright (Nottingham University).
The community panel will also include Nottinghamshire residents who have lost loved ones as a result of violent crime, experts and grassroots organisations.
