About the work
Working for the Powell and Barns Group no two days are the same. As Admin Executive you will be supporting the director across all aspects of targeted / cultural media and communications. You will be making and receiving phone calls, managing email updates and campaigns, researching stories for our cultural magazines, researching information for client campaigns, assisting with monitoring and analysing performance of marketing campaigns and events, feeding back to clients and partners, fielding calls and enquiries to the director and Powell and Barns associates, partners and key clients.
You will need to have life experience
In addition to a professional client facing attitude you will also have a professional, voluntary, or personal background that has equipped you with an understanding of multi cultural society, specifically the issues facing Black, Asian and ethnic minority communities in the UK.
You have a professional approach and have managed or assisted projects that have required you to engage people / communities from diverse backgrounds and you are comfortable working on multiple tasks at the same time.
You have a computer, smart phone or android and access to the internet.
You are self motivated and comfortable to work from home a minimum of 16 hours per week.
